Sertori Lau is the conjunction of Sertori + Lau, the birth surnames of architect Ying-Lan Dann. Ying draws from twenty-five years practicing between art, interior and exhibition design, architecture, writing and teaching to agitate normative design processes.

Ying is led by careful attunement to movement, time and materiality, generating design responses suited to specific briefs, conditions, places and environments, while opening to critical perspectives, processes and outcomes that respond to human and more-than-human needs. 

Ying is a Lecturer and PhD candidate (RMIT University). I acknowledge 60,000+ years of continuing indigenous stewardship of Country. Sovereignty was never ceded.
